Thus, they are also ideal for a carbohydrate-reduced diet.
As protein source Fit4Day uses plant protein. Through the use of high-quality pea proteins isolate the pasta reach a high protein content of 61 %. Protein is very important for a healthy and balanced nutrition. Our muscles consist for the most part of protein, so the body needs it in sufficient quantities. Protein serves as a nutrient for the gain of the musculature and for the maintenance of the normal bones.
The preparation of the Fit4Day High Protein Pasta does not differ from that of conventional pasta. For 1 portion, add about 100 g of pasta to boiling salt water. Cook for 11 to 13 minutes. Per cooked portion you will get 227 g of finished high protein pasta.

Sehr leckere proteinreiche Pasta. Sehr sättigend und extrem lecker.

Zwar ist die Konsistenz nicht wie bei normalen Nudeln, aber sie sind dennoch eine wunderbare Alternative zu Weizennudeln. Und vor allem ist man nach einem Teller lange satt.
