The preparation of the Fit4Day High Protein Pasta does not differ from that of conventional pasta. For 1 portion, add about 100 g of pasta to boiling salt water. Cook for 11 to 13 minutes. Per cooked portion you will get 227 g of finished high protein pasta. Important Notes:
