Abigail Adjei is a German track and field athlete. Initially, Abigail competed in the heptathlon, where she made it to the women's class. For some time now, Abigail has been concentrating on the 100 m hurdles discipline. In the course of her still young career, she has won numerous medals at the German Championships.

What was your motivation to start with this sport?I was asked at my school during the "Bundesjugendspiele" after a successful day if I would like to go to athletics training because I had a talent for it. I went to a sports high school that also had normal branches; first I was in the language class until grade 7 and then from grade 8 I switched to the sports class. I had a lot of fun and quickly made progress. That's how I stayed with it.
Training philosophy:To become the best version of myself.
Hobbies:Cooking, travelling
