Therefore we use only Carnipure® by Lonza. Lonza Carnipure® is 100% L-carnitine with 0% D-carnitine, kosher and halal certified and allergen-free.

Best Body Nutrition recommends to take daily 25 ml of L-Carnitin Liquid 20 minutes before the training and directly after getting up on days without training. L-Carnitin Liquid is available as 1000 ml in the delicious flavours lime and blood orange and in the 500 ml bottle in the flavour lime.

The human body is able to build L-carnitine naturally of the amino acids lysine and methionine. It is a body own substance and can be found mainly in the musculature and in the heart muscle. A part of the everyday required L-carnitine is supplied by nutrition.
