The Fit4Day Protein Pizza delivers 33 % protein. Milk, whey and wheat protein build the basis for the high protein content. Protein is very important for a healthy and balanced nutrition. Our muscles consist for the most part of protein, so the body needs it in sufficient quantities. Protein serves as a nutrient for the gain of the musculature and for the maintenance of the normal bones.
The preparation is very easy: Knead 250 g baking mixture with 180 ml of cold water for about 6 minutes to a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 - 15 minutes. Then roll out the dough between 2 strips of baking paper on the baking sheet. Pull off the upper strip. Cover the dough as desired. Bake the finished pizza for 12 - 14 minutes at 200 °C (top and bottom heat).
