The Fit4Day Protein Pizza delivers 33 % protein. Milk, whey and wheat protein build the basis for the high protein content. Protein is very important for a healthy and balanced nutrition. Our muscles consist for the most part of protein, so the body needs it in sufficient quantities. Protein serves as a nutrient for the gain of the musculature and for the maintenance of the normal bones.
The preparation is very easy: Knead 250 g baking mixture with 180 ml of cold water for about 6 minutes to a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 - 15 minutes. Then roll out the dough between 2 strips of baking paper on the baking sheet. Pull off the upper strip. Spread the Fit4Day Protein Sauce for pizza and pasta on the dough and cover as desired. Bake the finished pizza for 12 - 14 minutes at 200 °C (top and bottom heat).
