Mammut Beta Alanin Powder is a high-grade powder product. Beta alanine is a non-essential and non-proteinogenic amino acid and is mainly consumed in form of carnosine. Carnosine is built from the compound between beta alanine and histidine. This dipeptide compound can mainly be found in protein-rich nourishments like meat. A very high concentration of β-alanine in our body can be found in our muscle cells and liver. Especially endurance athletes use beta alanine for their performance.
Throughout the addition of magnesium Mammut Beta Alanin can contribute optimally to the normal muscle function during workout. Magnesium is an essential mineral. Our body uses it for different necessary tasks. Magnesium contributes to a normal energy metabolism, electrolyte balance and furthermore to a normal synthesis of protein for instance in our muscle cells. It also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and is therewith ideal before training.
Mammut recommends a daily intake of 2,7 g (= 1 level scoop) Beta Alanin Powder along with plenty of water or other drinks before training. On days without training Mammut recommends one portion with water directly after getting up. One can contain 300 g.Important notes:
